Charlotte joined The Two Counties Trust in the role of Careers Manager in December 2017.
She works closely with Careers Leaders and qualified Careers Advisors across the Trust to continually improve the programme of careers in line with the Gatsby benchmarks to help to improve the outcomes of our students.
Prior to joining the central team, Charlotte was the Careers Co-ordinator for Ashfield School. She was able to build a solid careers programme engaging with a wide range of employers promoting the opportunities to our students.
Charlotte is a Level 6 qualified Careers Advisor and also holds the Level 7 Careers Leader qualification. She has a wealth of experience and credibility working in the careers sector and enjoys inspiring students to reach their full potential.
Charlotte remains passionate about ensuring all students receive quality careers advice to help them make informed decisions about their future.

Lauren joined the Trust in June 2021 as an Executive Assistant and has since progressed to the role of TPLA Manager. She plays a vital role in ensuring that the Trust’s commitment to Putting People First resonates throughout the organisation.
Collaborating closely with colleagues within the Trust and TPLA, Lauren works diligently to deliver exceptional professional development opportunities for all staff members. Her dedication to fostering growth and talent within the organisation translates to an enriching educational experience for our students.
Prior to joining the Trust, Lauren worked at the University of Derby, where she supported the Pro Vice-Chancellor Dean and Provost of Learning and Teaching. She brings a wealth of experience in project management which has been highlighted in the execution of several successful Trust-wide professional development days.
Lauren’s passion for her work, coupled with her extensive expertise, exemplifies her unwavering dedication to the Trust’s mission and vision.
