As a member of The Two Counties Trust Cover Team you can choose whether to be engaged for short term, long term, part time or full time cover on temporary basis. We have opportunities for Teachers, Teaching Assistants, Cover Supervisors and Business Support posts.
You have the ability to accept or decline any assignment offered to you. As a member of our Cover Team you gain additional benefits including access to all of the professional learning opportunities we offer, our Employee Assistance Programme, additional training and support, and a sense of belonging as a member of Team Two Counties. Additionally, if you are an existing member of our temporary Cover Team and you apply for a permanent role in your field, you will automatically be shortlisted for interview.
