Our Trust has built a strong reputation, gained through striving for excellence in all that we do. We understand that families trust us each day with their child and every member of our Trust community is focused on serving the students in our care and doing whatever it takes to give them the best life choices when they leave us.
We recognise the value of consistency coupled with local identity, and as such many of our policies, practices and ways of working are common across the Trust to deliver clarity and purpose rather than control, whilst schools retain their own distinctiveness. Our Trust has a strong track record of collaborative working, high quality central services and delivering impactful school improvement. The majority of our schools are now judged by Ofsted to be Good, with many moving to Good since joining our Trust. Our ambition is for all schools to be Good within three years of joining the Trust and most schools within our Trust to be Outstanding.
We are an ambitious Trust, but one which believes firmly in the importance of taking people with us on the journey. Our goal is to be the Trust of choice for students, families, and staff, ensuring that all students make good progress, realising our ambition to be in the top highest 20 performing Trusts nationally for student outcomes.
