Established in 2016, The Two Counties Trust has grown into a highly respected organisation in the East Midlands. We currently serve over 11,000 students and their families, and are proud to be the employer of choice for nearly 1,500 staff members.
Our mission is to enhance life choices, and we are united by our core values of ambition, teamwork and honesty. These values are at the heart of everything we do. As a genuinely values-driven organisation, we are committed to doing what is right, even when it is not the easiest path.
We are intentional about how we approach our work, recognising that while we cannot do everything, we can make a significant difference by focusing on what truly matters. We believe in creating an environment where every student and member of staff has the opportunity to thrive.
