This statutory guidance is for everyone who works in The Two Counties Trust. It is important that you read and understand your safeguarding responsibilities which are set out in this document. For the purpose of the guidance, children includes everyone under the age of 18.

Care and Control Procedure

This procedure forms part of our safeguarding arrangements. The purpose is to define reasonable force, who can use it, when it can be used and for what reason. The procedure seeks to provide you with advice and guidance on what is and is not acceptable in a Two Counties school.

Code of Conduct

The Code exists to enable you to carry out your responsibilities as an employee and to make the expected standards of behaviour clear. The Code covers interactions inside and outside of work and it is important that you read and understand the Code as this governs expected conduct.

Behaviour Policy

The Trust has expectations of student behaviour and has clearly established procedures for dealing with incidents of unacceptable behaviour when they arise. All Two Counties schools have high expectations of behaviour and it is important as an employee that you understand the arrangements in place.

Online Safety Policy

This policy covers the use of IT systems and platforms within the Trust and their acceptable use. As an employee it is important that you understand your responsibilities, especially around good practice and how to report safety concerns.

Health & Safety Statement

The safety and well-being of Two Counties Trust Students, Staff and guests is of the utmost importance to us as an organisation. This Statement reaffirms our commitment to providing a safe, environment to all who are covered under our duty of care.

Once you have completed the course, please send your Prevent certificate to HR@ttct.co.uk.
