Cyber Security

It is vital that everyone remains cyber aware, in the last survey 83% of schools had experienced some sort of cyber incident. All staff must complete cyber security training annually as a condition of insurance. This training will show you how to be cyber secure and help you to understand your responsibilities in respect of filtering and monitoring.

KCSIE

This statutory guidance is for everyone who works in The Two Counties Trust. It is important that you read and understand your safeguarding responsibilities which are set out in this document. For the purpose of the guidance, children includes everyone under the age of 18.

Child Protection and Safeguarding Policy

Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility and this policy sets out the steps you must take to ensure our students are safe and protected from harm. Please read the policy paying particular attention to the yellow highlighted areas which are new for 2024.

Prevent

For this year, you are required to complete the ‘Refresher Awareness Course’ only. Please ensure you access that course rather than the other courses.

Data Protection

Data Protection training is a requirement for all staff every two years to ensure everyone remains up to date with good data protection practices. This training provide an overview of your responsibilities, the key risks and how to manage them, and steps you must take if you receive a Subject Access request or if there is a data breach.
