We believe that learning should always be an enjoyable experience, and what better way to reinforce this than by holding the Big Science Quiz? This year’s event was hosted by Springwell Community College, and it was a huge success!
Students in Year 7 and 8 were given the opportunity to showcase their knowledge and skills by competing in teams selected from preliminary rounds held in science lessons during Science Week. The top four teams in each year group were then chosen to compete in the grand final.
The finals were held in the auditorium in front of the students’ respective year groups. It was an exciting and engaging event, with each team putting on an impressive display of the powerful knowledge acquired within their science lessons.
We would like to congratulate all the participants for their hard work and enthusiasm and extend a special congratulations to the winning teams. We can’t wait for next year’s Big Science Quiz and to see the defending champions in action!
